Hi! My name is Riley. Thank you so much for checking out my blog. I am currently in school to become a Registered Dietician. My passion for wellness and natural healing started when I was in high school . I was on the tennis team and I had a foot surgery during my off season. When recovering from my surgery I became interested in ways I could heal my body and get it back in shape. That is when I stumbled upon a holistic doctor who taught me about the power food has to heal our bodies. This was the first time my mind was opened to the possibility that there are other healing methods besides medications. I went to college and pursued my undergraduate degree in health science. After that I worked for a chiropractor who practiced NAET, functional medicine, and muscle testing. I learned that our bodies truly can heal themselves and it is up to us to step out the way and let them do their job! I also learned about the gut and brain connection and how the foods we eat impact our mind. I also have ADHD and I am excited to share tips on how I manage it without medication.
