Hi! My name is Riley! I started this blog because I wanted to do something outside of my box and have a place to be creative and share ideas and tips for health, wellness, and healing! I am also going to school to be a registered dietitian! When I am not in school I love going for walks in nature, appreciating art, doing yoga, as well as cooking. I am also very interested in holistic medicine and natural healing and it is why I went into dietetics. I wanted to learn ways to heal the body naturally with food. Now I have learned that healing involves more than the food we eat, it is also the lifestyle choices we make, the people in our lives, our environment, how much sleep we are getting, and even more!
